  • Per person plan Maximum is $1,000 per year.

Long-term Disability

  • Salary continuation benefits for absences from work due to illness or non-work related injury.
  • Pays 60% of base wages.

  • Payable after 180 days of continuous disability

Uniforms

  • Employee is eligible for Uniform program after 30 days of employment.

  • Eligible employees are both Agency Temporaries and Norton Full-time.

  • Employee shares in cost of uniforms, deducted from paycheck weekly.

Christmas Club

  • Employee may enroll in Christmas Club

  • No interest paid   

  • Employee able to withdraw money in November

Tuition Assistance Program

  • All Full-time Norton employees eligible for program.

  • Courses for Quality employees and Apprentices are paid at 100%.

  • Courses in pursuit of AA degree paid at $60/credit hour.

  • Courses in pursuit of BS degree paid at $200/credit hour.

  • Employee must attain an “A” or “B” to be paid.

  • Books, Lab fees, and required supplies paid up to $150/qtr.
