Norton Manufacturing Company likes to give back to the community by participating in several different annual fundraising events. For the past five years, Norton has taken part in The American Cancer Society Relay For Life. Norton received the award for Most Money Raised by a Corporate Team for the year 2001, raising over $2000. Norton Manufacturing Company is also a proud sponsor of The United Way. For the year 2001, we were chosen to be a Division I Pacesetter Company. We are pleased to announce that we surpassed our last year’s contributions by over $4,000. Plant wide, an outstanding 75% of our employees contributed with an average donation of $76 per person. Norton Manufacturing Company is involved with many other charitable organizations as well. These include The Fostoria Red Cross, Terra College Foundation, Geary Family YMCA, and The Ritz Theater. The Arts Partnership, The University of Findlay, local softball and baseball teams, and local area school systems are just a few of the other things that Norton is involved with.
